Climate awareness and regional involvement as part of the corporate culture
Thuringia is known as the green heart of Germany. However, droughts, storms and pest infestations as a result of climate change have already caused major damage to many forested areas. It is important to us to counteract this and thus support climate protection in our region.
Together with the Baumpaten Thüringen (Tree Sponsors Thuringia), we bring new life to destroyed forest areas and create sustainable habitats for flora and fauna. The DAKO company forest is an expression of our corporate philosophy of sustainable growth, future-orientated action and social responsibility.
Regular planting events are also part of the project. Several members of our team have already helped to plant new seedlings and initiate further reforestation.
